YOUR BUSINESS AUTHORITY
Springfield, MO
Don’t allow “power of attorney.” Power of attorney is when one person speaks for another or for the entire group. Some examples would be, “Bret isn’t happy about…” and “Everyone else feels the same.” The question to ask is “How do you feel?” or you can bring Bret and “everyone” into the room. The same goes for your communication with employees. Speak about what you’ve observed, not what everyone else is saying.
