Housing 2015: The return of the first-time home buyers

First-time home buyers have sat out of the housing market for the past five years, replaced by big investors who have raided the supply of available houses and kept home prices high.
 
Look for that to change in 2015, reports CNNMoney. Improving market conditions are expected to help millennials and other first-time home buyers become home owners in the year ahead, the report states.
 
Among the favorable conditions for people buying a first home are looser lending standards, lower down payments, more affordable homes and a larger inventory of entry-level homes, according to CNNMoney.
