Speaker Mike Johnson announced the House would vote next week on whether to release all of the Justice Department’s Jeffrey Epstein case files.
“We’re going to put that on the floor for a full vote when we get back next week,” Johnson said, adding, “in the meantime I’ll remind everybody the [House] Oversight Committee has been working around the clock” on its own investigation.
On Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee released an additional 20,000 pages of documents from Epstein's estate. Epstein mentioned President Donald Trump by name multiple times in the private correspondence over a 15-year period.
