House Republicans plan to eliminate tanning tax

Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives plan to wipe out several taxes in its overhaul of Obamacare.

One of them is the 10 percent levy on indoor tanning services.

The number of tanning salons in the United States has dropped to 10,000 from 18,000 over the past decade, according to the New York Post.
