The U.S. House of Representatives is poised to impeach President Donald Trump for a second time.
The legislative body today is slated to consider an article charging him with “incitement of insurrection” for his role in last week's breach of the Capitol.
The House on Tuesday took a preliminary step toward impeachment, approving a resolution asking Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment. Pence said he will not take the step that would remove Trump from office.
