House passes measure to repeal, replace ACA

The U.S. House yesterday narrowly approved legislation to repeal and replace major parts of the Affordable Care Act.

The 217-213 vote included 20 Republicans against the measure.

The bill could face problems in the Senate, where some Republicans have said they would immediately reject it.
