The U.S. House of Representatives quickly moved to pass a bipartisan $8.3 billion emergency coronavirus package.
The bill passed 415-2, with Republican Reps. Andy Biggs of Arizona and Ken Buck of Colorado in opposition.
The bill includes $7.8 billion to boost vaccine development and research, among other expenses.
