House hunting? Download these apps first

Finding your perfect house doesn't necessarily mean you need to hit the streets.
 
House-hunting apps have allowed users to take virtual tours of sale homes for a while now, and CNNMoney reports that the next wave of real-estate shopping apps is moving into a whole new neighborhood.
 
3D Showcase, for example, lets potential buyers take high-quality, three-dimensional, room-by-room "tours" of properties, even allowing users to remove walls and furniture, and replace it with their own stuff. Other new app offerings take a longer look by providing users with information about neighborhoods, from social media comments to coupons to local businesses.
