Hot Springs board to consider Oaklawn expansion

The Hot Springs Board of Directors is considering a resolution this week to approve a site plan for a major expansion at Oaklawn Park, according to Arkansas Business.

The racetrack would expand its gambling tables and machines by roughly 50 percent.
