Hope Hicks is returning to the White House after nearly two years.
Formerly President Donald Trump's communications director, Hicks will be counselor to the president this time around. She'll report to Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and senior adviser, and work with Brian Jack, the White House's political director.
“There is no one more devoted to implementing President Trump’s agenda than Hope Hicks,” Kushner said in a statement. “We are excited to have her back on the team.”

Under construction beside the existing Republic branch of the Springfield-Greene County Library District – which remains in operation throughout the project – is a new building that will double the size of the original, according to library officials.
