Williams Construction Inc. is the general contractor for this Chinese restaurant for Mimi and Rick Wong. Werner & Associates Architects PC is the architect for the 3,000-square-foot project. Engineers are Heithaus Engineering & Associates Inc., civil; and Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical and electrical. Citizens National Bank is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $1.2 million. Construction is slated for completion July 31.
