Hong Kong Garden

Posted online
Masonry Structures Inc. is the general contractor for owner Can Van Tran’s Hong Kong Garden restaurant, which is being rebuilt after a March 5 fire. The 5,000-square-foot eatery was designed by Ross Williams Architects, with engineering by Security Design Group. Ross Williams said the new restaurant will seat 154.

Mongolian barbecue and a buffet will remain the key items on Hong Kong Garden’s menu. “In fact, they’re increasing the buffet-line size,” Williams said.

The approximately $500,000 project is scheduled for completion in early December.
