U.S. industrial conglomerate Honeywell plans to spin off its turbo charger and home heating and security businesses.
The move would result in two new companies that are listed on the public stock exchange.
The turbo technologies unit is part of the company's aerospace unit. However, the rest of that unit will remain intact.
