Japanese automaker Honda may not build a new plant in North America unless the U.S. extends its trade deal with Canada and Mexico.
Honda Executive Vice President Noriya Kaihara told reporters that the company is near capacity in North America.
"If there is no USMCA agreement in the future, we may have to change our direction," Kaihara said.
