HomeServices of America President and CEO Gino Blefari is refuting a report in The Wall Street Journal that the company is in acquisition talks.
The report indicated Compass is in advanced talks to buy HomeServices of America, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
"No such sale is being contemplated," Blefari said in a statement shared with franchisees.
