HomeAdvisor parent company to buy Angie's List

Angie's List has agreed to be purchased by IAC, the parent company of its rival HomeAdvisor.

The over $500 million offer comes a year and a half after online user review business Angie's List rejected a $512 million bid from IAC.

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
