Home Depot has reached a nearly $2 million settlement for allegedly overcharging customers.
The complaint filed in San Diego Superior Court alleged customers were charged more at checkout for items with lower prices listed on shelf tags or the product itself.
Home Depot also is required to implement a price accuracy program as part of the agreement with California district attorneys.
