Home Depot beats analysts' expectations

Home Depot reported better-than-expected fourth quarter earnings and revenue.

The home improvement chain's profits rose 5.8% to $2.5 billion, or $2.28 per share.

Revenue dropped 2.7% to $25.8 billion, but sales still beat analysts' expectations of $25.76 billion.
