A press conference at 12:15 p.m. at the Keeter Center, off Highway 65 at the entrance of College of the Ozarks, will feature 11 developers presenting plans for upcoming projects in the Hollister/southwest Taney County area.
Each presenter will give an overview of a current project with its estimated cost and timeline, and each has the option of including renderings and other handout materials. Speakers will be limited to 10 minutes.
At least one group on the schedule is Argonaut Midwest Holdings LLC, which has plans to build two developments, valued at $1 billion, south of Hollister.
State, county and local elected officials and community leaders also will be present.
