Historic properties make aesthetic, business sense

Property management is a labor of love for Ernie and Annie Pierce, owners of Pierce Properties. The Pierces have rental property in various locations around town, but old Springfield is where their hearts are.

The Pierces live in a historic home in center city and own five neighboring rental properties on South Avenue, among them the Antique House Apartments and the Sherwood-Landers House.

Both are retired teachers. He was an art teacher at Parkview High School[[In-content Ad]]
