Hiring predicted to pick up in 2015

According to recent surveys conducted by employment-research firms and economists, 2015 could be a good year to get a better job. Sixty percent of employers say they will be hiring more workers next year.
 
However, in order to get a job, you will probably need to already have one, as well marketable skills. CNNMoney reports economists who track employment trends predict those who are unemployed or without a defined skill set will still experience "very heavy going."
 
Not all economists agree, however. They point to signs of an improving economy, such as consumer confidence and a falling unemployment rate. Another sign of an improving jobs market: More people are quitting their jobs - because they got a better one.
