What would you change if you could go back and re-launch your business? “There was one thing I thought would have been awesome,” says Jennifer Leonard, Head Brewer at Tie and Timber Beer Company. Leonard says she had a romantic fantasy about traveling the country, visiting different breweries to study the craft. Instead, she decided to focus on building their brewery and fine tuning beer recipes. Curtis Marshall, Tail Brewer says he was concerned about picking the correct capacity brewing equipment, but believes they made the right choice.
