Hilton hotel in southern California sells for $165M

A Hilton hotel in southern California has sold for $165 million.

Dallas-based Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. closed on the sale of the 394-room Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, in San Diego County.

Los Angeles-based JRK Property Holdings reportedly purchased the property.
