Hilton Hotel

The Killian Group LLC is the construction manager for HCW Development’s Hilton Hotel in Branson Landing. Crawford Architects of Kansas City and Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback Associates of Atlanta are the architects. Walter P. Moore is the structural engineer, and Duncan Miller is the interior designer for the 239,140-square-foot hotel. The 12-story facility, which has a cost of approximately $35 million, features 296 oversized guest rooms, suites and condominium units, an indoor pool and a full-service restaurant. The hotel, which is designed with a glass façade to provide a view of Lake Taneycomo, will adjoin the city of Branson’s convention center. The project is slated for completion in fall 2007.
