The Killian Group LLC is the construction manager for Hilton Hotel in HCW Development’s Branson Landing. Architects for the 12-story project are Crawford Architects of Kansas City and Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback Associates of Atlanta. Walter P. Moore is the structural engineer, and Duncan Miller is the interior designer for the 239,140-square-foot hotel. The project has a cost of approximately $35 million.
The Hilton will feature 296 oversized guest rooms, suites and condominium units, an indoor pool and a full-service restaurant. The hotel, which is designed with a glass façade to provide a view of Lake Taneycomo, will adjoin the city of Branson’s convention center.
