Hershey sued over allegations of contaminated chocolate

A class-action lawsuit accuses Hershey of allegedly selling contaminated chocolate.

The suit specifically points to the company's dark chocolate. It allegedly contains high levels of lead and cadmium, according to the lawsuit.

Plaintiff Christoper Lazazzaro is seeking damages of at least $5 million.
