Hershey is raising chocolate prices by a percentage in the “lower double-digit range," CNN reports.
A company spokesperson said the price hike "reflects the reality of rising ingredient costs, including the unprecedented cost of cocoa."
FactSet data shows cocoa futures jumped by 178% in 2024, following a 61% increase in 2023.
