Berlin-based cooking kit delivery company HelloFresh priced its upcoming initial public offering at $11.91 per share.
The IPO would allow the company to raise $369 million, valuing it at nearly $2 billion.
HelloFresh officials said the company had revenue of $505 million in the first six months of the year. Losses were roughly $66 million in the same time frame.
