Heideman Associates Inc.

Heideman Associates Inc. is the engineer for First Venture LLC’s Frisco Trails subdivision at Republic Road and Golden Avenue. D & E Plumbing Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which includes innovative storm-water runoff design to minimize runoff to the south and west of the subdivision, areas where storm-water drainage has been a problem in the past.

The estimated cost of the project is $1.3 million. Frisco Trails is a 50.4-acre subdivision with a large commercial lot at the intersection of Republic Road and Golden Avenue and 107 lots for single-family residences. The development will have a walking trail along the old railroad right-of-way on the east side of the subdivision.
