The marketing committee of the downtown Community Im-provement District is establishing a Web site to "essentially address everything you would ever want to know if you want to get in on the action, so to speak," said committee member Allen Casey. Casey and his wife Mary Lou are developing the Holland Building and The Sterling, both downtown, properties. "Hopefully anyone with an interest can learn through one Web site everything they need to know (about) available buildings, color-coded maps of existing businesses and free parking, links to incentives and loan programs, names and contact numbers at Building Regulations, City Utilities, Public Works," Casey said. Remember, you read it here first!|ret||ret||tab|
