Dock Brothers Construction Co. is the general contractor for Healthcare First’s office building for owner/developer HCF Strategies. H Design Group is the architect, and Mettemeyer Engineering Inc. is the engineer for the 8,500-square-foot facility, which has an estimated cost of $900,000. The project is scheduled to be completed Aug. 1.
