Coping with Cancer, a four-part series of educational classes for people with cancer, will be offered 4-5:30 p.m. Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24 at Cox Medical Plaza II, Ste. 310. Presented by Susan Henderson, MS, and Barbara Wachtel-Nash, PsyD, the program covers being involved in your cancer treatment, the negative effects of stress and how to manage stress, how to use friends and family to aid recovery and how goal setting can help your response to cancer.
