Health care overhaul collapses as 2 Republicans defect

Two more Republican senators yesterday came out against the Senate Republican bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

The decisions by Mike Lee of Utah and Jerry Moran of Kansas left the body two votes short of the amount need to begin debate on the bill.

Republican Sens. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Susan Collins of Maine already opposed the bill.
