Kenny Ross of Morelock-Ross Properties is general contractor for Headache Care Center/Primary Care Network's 22,500-square-foot building in Chesterfield Village. The building is on a site that was purchased by IH Holdings LLC. Dr. Roger Cady, one of the four doctors with Headache Care Center, is the primary shareholder in IH Holdings LLC, and there are three other investors.
Bill Woody of Marshall Waters Woody Architects is the lead architect for the project, which has a budget of about $3.5 million. The mechanical and electrical engineer is Smith-Goth and the structural engineer is J.S. Smith. Terri West of Interior Planning Consultants handled the interior design.
The new location will consolidate three offices and increase the center's number of exam rooms from seven to 14. The estimated completion date is July 2004.
