Dentsu President Tadashi Ishii is stepping down over the "death by overwork" of a young employee.
Matsuri Takahashi, who jumped to her death in December 2015, clocked 105 hours of overtime in October of that year.

"It is extremely regrettable that we could not prevent overwork by a new recruit," Ishii said at a news conference.
