YOUR BUSINESS AUTHORITY
Springfield, MO
The Home Builders Association of Greater Springfield is seeking a new executive officer as its two-year leader prepares to exit the organization.
Dori Grinder in a public LinkedIn post yesterday announced her plans to leave the HBA.
"I need to focus on my family at this time," she said in the post. "I'll be around until next month, helping to ensure a smooth transition."
Grinder, a former executive at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Ozark Area Chamber of Commerce, joined the HBA in October 2020, according to past reporting.
Her LinkedIn post this week includes a link to a job application for the HBA executive officer role. The Indeed.com listing indicates a salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
"The executive officer must be a proven leader who is energetic, innovative and possesses the depth of diverse skills and experiences needed to guide the organization and its talented staff to mission success," the job post reads.
The HBA is a member organization for residential construction industry professionals. The nonprofit is known, in part, for its Home Show and Parade of Homes events.
