The Home Builders Association of Great Springfield is preparing for its annual Parade of Homes, which this year will feature 14 houses ranging in price from $179,900 to $795,000.
The homes, located in Springfield, Republic, Strafford, Rogersville, Ozark, Nixa and Saddlebrooke, will be shown on the annual tour 1-6 p.m. June 20-22 and June 27-29. Admittance is free through a new HBA app available for download at
HBAParadeHomes.com, according to a news release.
"We have homes in all prices ranges, on acreage and in subdivisions. You can get lots of ideas and visit one-on-one with HBA professional builders in each home," said HBA Board President Matt Bailey, owner of The Bailey Co., in the release.
The homes, listed by approximate price, are:
- $795,000: 217 Appaloosa Trail in Saddlebrooke, constructed by King Built Properties;
- $700,000: 7058 E. Farm Road 132 in Springfield, constructed by Monticello Homes & Development;
- $700,000: 660 Whitestone Lane in Nixa, constructed by Millstone Custom Homes LLC;
- $625,000: 2855 Kinkade Village in Ozark, constructed by John Marion Construction LLC;
- $500,000: 41 Antioch Road in Rogersville, constructed by Kenson Goff Homes LLC;
- $400,000: 5374 Parklane Ave. in Springfield, constructed by Built By Brett Inc.;
- $389,900: 2611 E. Olde Ive in the Olde Ivy subdivision of Springfield, constructed by MC Homes LLC;
