Hasbro Inc. agreed to buy the Power Rangers brand and several others from Saban Properties LLC for $522 million.
Through the deal, Hasbro also will obtain My Pet Monster, Popples, Julius Jr., Luna Petunia, Treehouse Detectives and other brands.
The move follows Hasbro's $22.3 million deal in February to license Power Rangers for toys and games.
