Harley-Davidson Inc. on Tuesday issued one of its largest recalls in recent years, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
The company recalled 238,300 bikes worldwide over a hydraulic clutch assembly issue.
"Recalls are frustrating for us and for all our stakeholders," said John Olin, Harley-Davidson's chief financial officer. "However, the safety of our riders is our highest priority. We, along with our dealers, are committed to addressing this issue and continuing to provide customers with the quality experience and service they expect."
