'Happy Days' creator and 'Pretty Woman' director dies at 81

Famed director and producer Garry Marshall died yesterday from complications of pneumonia following a stroke. He was 81.

Marshall was known for creating "Happy Days" and directing films like "Pretty Woman" and "The Princess Diaries."

He had been active in Hollywood since the late 1950s.
