The 27,000-square-foot Hamra Plaza building will house the law office of local attorney Sam Hamra, as well as the operations of Hamra Enterprises. Hamra Enterprises will occupy approximately 14,000 square feet on the first floor and the remaining 13,000 square feet on the second floor will be available for lease. Rita A. Baron of Farnsworth Group Architects is the senior project designer for the building. The exterior is built with precast concrete panels with a top border of granite. The glass facade fronts a two-story atrium that is bathed in natural light. There is a center-lobby fountain sculpture, and the atrium is enhanced with granite and cherry wood wall panels.
