The Rogers, Ark., meeting facility is connected to the Embassy Suites Hotel Northwest Arkansas. Both are managed by Hammons Hotels.
The center has the largest ballroom in Arkansas at 42,000 square feet and can be divided into junior ballrooms or 41 breakout rooms. It features $1 million in state-of-the-art audio and video capabilities, including projectors, a theater screen, plasma-screen televisions and touch-screen keypads for lighting and sound-system options.
The opening is part of an overall expansion plan for the property. A new 152-suite hotel tower is under construction and is scheduled to open next summer.
Hammons Hotels has four other properties in the region and has invested nearly $200 million in Arkansas.
