Hammons Field, located in Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield, will seat more than 8,000 fans watching minor league baseball and the Southwest Missouri State University baseball team. The exposed steel trusses and columns of the stadium add a high-tech dimension to the traditional brick exterior and streetscape.
