‘Hamilton’ breaks Broadway record

“Hamilton” set a record for the most money ever made in a single week by a Broadway show.

The musical grossed $3.3 million last week when it had eight showings.

In 2013, “Wicked” grossed $3.2 million during a nine-performance week.
