Hallmark names new leader of Canada operations

Kansas City-based Hallmark Cards Inc. promoted its vice president of licensing to president of Hallmark Canada.

Effective April 1, Cindy Mahoney succeeds Paul Murphy, who moved to the general manager position of Crayola Canada.

Based in Markham, Ontario, Hallmark Canada has over 3,000 retail accounts.
