Hagerman New Urbanism

Hagerman New Urbanism is the architect and the interior designer for the Life Sciences and Technology Center for Ozarks Technical Community College’s south campus in Ozark. Engineers are LaRose & Schober, Allstate Consultants and Anderson Engineering Inc. Walton Construction is the general contractor for the 59,000-square-foot facility, the first building in the OTC south campus project. The estimated cost of the project is $9.5 million.
