Rob Haik, principal with H Design Group, is the project designer for this new main banking facility for Signa-ture Bank at 4039 S. Kansas Expwy. The Farnsworth Group is the project architect, and Eoff & Associates is the contractor for the facility.|ret||ret||tab|
Completed in summer 2001, the primary design objective of the new bank was that it be complementary and consistent with its sister branch at 2620 E. Sunshine.|ret||ret||tab|
Through the use of deep overhangs, masonry construction, stone banding and simple shapes, this new facility is reminiscent to the "prairie" style of architecture. Its timeless theme is consistent with the bank's image. A water feature combined with a main tower and arched entrance draws attention to this facility and illustrates the logic behind the aesthetics and function of the building. [[In-content Ad]]
