'Guardians' marks Marvel's 15th-straight No. 1 opening

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is Marvel's fifteenth-straight No. 1 opening at the domestic box office.

Over the weekend, the sequel to the 2014 hit brought in an estimated $145 million.

The film also is Marvel Studios' fifth-biggest opening.
