Guaranty declares quarterly dividend

The dividend is on 2.75 million shares of the company’s common stock and is payable July 13 to shareholders of record on July 2.

Guaranty has paid 30 consecutive dividends since the holding company was formed in December 1997. Shares (NasdaqGM: GFED) closed Friday at $30, compared to a 52-week range of $27.45 to $30.85.

Guaranty Bank, a finalist for Springfield Business Journal’s 2007 Economic Impact Awards, has eight branches and 20 automated teller machines in Greene and Christian counties and loan production offices in Wright, Webster and Howell counties.[[In-content Ad]]
