Guaranty has paid 31 consecutive dividends since the holding company was formed in December 1997.
Shares (NasdaqGM: GFED) closed Friday at $29.50, compared to a 52-week range of $27.56 to $30.85.
Guaranty Bank has eight branches in Greene and Christian counties and loan production offices in Wright, Webster and Howell counties. The bank plans to open an Ozark location by the end of the year, a Nixa location early next year and three other branches within five years.
